YES!
I am blown away too, but after years of trying to hunt down the best way to stabilize whipped cream it is just one simple ingredient.
And NO it is not Gelatin, mascarpone cheese, cream cheese, all are great options, but this is by FAR the BEST!! No flavor or texture change, just delicious whipped cream that lasts for hours and days a room temp or fridge!
I have tested this method and recipe on cupcakes and layered cakes and no matter if I kept it in the fridge or on the counter it held up perfectly! It can even be colored with food coloring! Can you tell I am excited!?
